Maxwell Group was founded in 2011 with the slogan “We are for the country”. Now Maxwell Group is a group of companies with 6 sister concerns.
Maxwell western city is a land project of Maxwell Homes and Properties which is a sister Concern of Maxwell group.
Our Smart housing project Maxwell Western City is being built on Atibazar, Nimatoli Road with the aim of building another city within the city.

Amir Hamza, Chairman of Maxwell Group, Dhaka is a city full of traffic jams which has no story of its own. Due to living in this city with full of traffic, everyone missed their story outside the flat which will ensure our planned eco-friendly housing in Maxwell Western City.
From security system to school college, community hall, child corner, green zone, all kinds of civic facilities exist in our city.

Engineer Faruque Ahmed managing director of Maxwell group. He has completed his Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He has been associated with the Company since its inception as promoter.
I’ve been privileged to witness the transformative power of maxwell western city. Its feel like a live in a nature . its near about 626 bigha around the project. Everyone wants to spend their lives under the open sky with a bit of rural childhood which our housing project Maxwell Western City will ensure.
