Post: Manager/Assistant Manager (Marketing & Sales)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing Development Strategy for the Organization for Top Line Growth.
- Direct, Co-ordinate and supervise the Sales force to ensure the Sales Target.
- Market assessments, sales trends analysis and product and sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
- Track information on competitor strategy and market condition directly and through sales force.
- Manages relationship development with prospective customers with a view to enhancing sales volume.
- Directs and supervises close working with customers to monitor customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution of the same.
- Monitor market performance and focus the performance of sales team.
- Initiate market research.
- Any other task as per Management Decision.

Educational Requirements
- Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed Public and Privet university.
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 32-40 years

- Experienced in commercial space, plot and apartment selling.
- Practical knowledgeable on Land / Real Estate business and present market scenario.
- Should have experience in Renowned Real Estate Company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Can do attitude, Able to take the challenge.
- Strong team building and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to work for extended hours.
